Report Prompts (HRP943)
When running the All Active and Inactive Employees in an Organization report, users will be presented with prompts to identify parameters and sets of data to be included in the report results.
Prompt #1: Select the “As of Date” (required)
Select the “As of Date” to pull active and inactive employees. Data will pull as of the date selected and defaults to today’s date. A previous date or future date can be selected. This prompt is required.
Prompt #2: Select Organizations (required)
Select the Organization for the report. This prompt is required. In the Keywords field, enter the Organization (MAU) code or full/partial name. Only one Organization can be selected per report.
Note: For a more inclusive search, click on the Options link and select 'Contains any of these keywords' radio button. The default option is 'starts with any of these keywords'.
- Select the Organization from the Choice field to be included.
- Select Reprompt to display a list of the departments within the organization selected.
Prompt #3: Select Department(s) (required)
Select the Departments to be included in the report. This prompt is required. Reprompt must be selected after selecting the organization to search for. Once Reprompt is selected, the departments within the organization are listed. You can click on Select all to choose all departments instead of clicking each one separately.
Select Finish to run the report.
