Data Definitions (HRP1220)

The data columns used in Workflow Approver Average Time report are defined on this page.

1. ApproverID: The MSU NetID of the workflow approver. 
2. Last Name: The last name of the workflow approver.
3. First Name: The first name of the workflow approver.
4. Process Name: The workflow process name.
5. MIN Initiate Date: The minimum initiation date of the workflow process (during the date range and organization/departments selected). 
6. MAX Approve Date: The maximum approval date of the workflow process (during the date range and organization/departments selected).
7. # of Processes: The number of the specific workflow processes (during the date range and organization/departments selected).
8. Avg # of Days: The average number of days to initiate and approve the specific workflow process (during the date range and organization/departments selected).
