- Hire Year: Indicates the year of the hire, rehire, or reappointment action.
- Hire Month: Indicates the month of the hire, rehire, or reappointment action.
- Personnel Subarea: Indicates the personnel subarea of the hire, rehire, or reappointment action.
- Employee Subgroup Indicates the employee subgroup within the personnel subarea of the hire, rehire, or reappointment action.
- Action Type: Indicates the action; hire, rehire, or reappointment.
- Head Count: Indicates the number of employees within the year, month, personnel subarea, and employee subgroup within the action type.
