Drill Down Detail (HRP1093)

You will have the ability to view the detail of the summary when you click on a highlighted link in either the Organization or Department summary tabs of the Retirement Trends Analysis report (HRP1093).

Clicking on the link provides the Retirement Trends Analysis Detail report (HRP1094) in a separate browser window.

Report Detail

The detail will provide all the employees that have retired based on the criteria selected for the summary report. By default, the detail is sorted by the Organization Code. The Sort drop down menu at the top of the page offers the following additional sorting options:

  • Department Name
  • Employee Name
  • Pay Scale Level
  • Personnel Subarea
  • Employee Subgroup Name
  • Job Title

Additionally, there are the following dynamic filters.  You can filter by department, personnel subarea or job title that is available within the results. 

  • Department
  • Personnel Subarea
  • Job Title

To have the detail report run in a different application (i.e. Excel, PDF, etc.), select the bottom-pointing menu arrow Arrow at the top of the page (not the right-pointing arrow in a circle) and choose the appropriate action to run.
