Data Definitions (HRP1065)

The data columns used in the Local 1585 Job Rate Increase report are defined on this page.

  1. Organization Code:  The primary college or MAU code in which the employee is assigned.
  2. Organization Name:  The primary college or MAU name in which the employee is assigned.
  3. Department Code:  The department code in which the employee is assigned.
  4. Department Name:  The department name in which the employee is assigned.
  5. Personnel Number:  An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to their assignment.
  6. Professional Name:  The first, middle and last name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.  
  7. Job Title:  The job title assigned to the employee based on their assigned job code.
  8. Personnel Subarea Code:  The Personnel subarea assigned to the employee.  In this report, it will always be 1585.
  9. Employee Group Name:  The employee group name assigned to the employee.  In this report, it will always be Union.  
  10. Employee Subgroup Code:  The employee subgroup code assigned to the employee.  In this report, it will be either AC or AG.  
  11. Employee Subgroup Name:  The employee subgroup name assigned to the employee.  In this report, it will be either Hourly-Temp (code AC) or Hourly-Regular (code AG).  
  12. Pay Scale Level:  The number level signifying range of possible pay assigned to the job title or classification.  
  13. Employment Percent:  The percentage of employment the employee is working.  
  14. Group Date:  The date the employee entered the employee group.  
  15. Time in Level Date:  The date the employee has been in the current pay scale level.  
  16. Employee Hourly Rate:  The employee’s current hourly rate.
  17.  Job Rate:  The hourly rate assigned to the job code/title assigned to the employee.
