Coverage for Employees

The prescription drug plan for employees and their eligible dependent(s) is administered through CVS/Caremark. Employees are automatically enrolled for prescription drug coverage in CVS/Caremark when they enroll in one of the following health plans (Community Blue Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Blue Care Network (BCN) or Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA)).

Coverage for Retirees

The prescription drug plan for retirees and their eligible dependents is administered through Humana. Retirees are automatically enrolled for prescription drug coverage in Humana as part of the Medicare or Non-Medicare Humana health plans.
