4.3 Reappointing an On-Call Individual5/21/18
Fill out a Reappointment/Rehire form. There are no attachments for U.S. citizens with the exception of the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification if the employee was previously exempt from completing an I-9 or if there has been a break in paid service of one day or greater; send the completed Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification if the individual is a foreign national to Human Resources, 1407 S. Harrison Road, Suite 110, East Lansing, MI 48823.
The Reappointment/Rehire form is routed in the same manner as described in Processing an On-Call Appointment.
