Performance management for Hybrid Teams

Performance management is the continuous process of identifying, measuring, and developing the performance of individuals and teams to better meet the strategic goals and objectives of an organization. This class will share best practices, and identify tips and strategies for developing strong and high performing hybrid teams using MSU’s Performance Excellence process.

Employees may use available educational assistance funds to pay for this program.
