MSU Health Care Pharmacy is Offering COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments

The MSU Health Care Pharmacy in East Lansing on Hagadorn Road now has COVID-19 vaccine appointments available to all students, faculty, staff, patients, retirees and their families 16 years of age or older on a first-come, first-served basis.

New Course Fee Courtesy Application Launching June 1, 2021

We are in the process of updating the Course Fee Courtesy application to make it more intuitive and user friendly. To prepare for the launch of the new application on June 1, Course Fee Courtesy requests cannot be submitted from May 17 to June 1. Please submit all Summer 2021 applications no later than May 16. Applications for the Fall 2021 semester can be submitted beginning June 1.

Campuswide Health Screening Form

All faculty, staff, student employees and students should use the university's official health screening form. Units should use this form moving forward rather than any forms created in the unit. MSU IT and the University Physician’s office have created this form and own this information.

Maximizing the Spartan Experience: Customer Service Training

MSU HR’s Organization and Professional Development department offers a live, virtual course designed to help you take your customer service skills to the next level and provide what’s referred to at MSU as “The Spartan Experience.” A recent participant said, "I also appreciated how well the content was delivered in the virtual format. Real world examples and discussion added to an engaging presentation." There are courses available for registration on May 20 or June 17.

MSU Releases Strategic Plan to Address Sexual Assault Prevention

After several years of research and analysis, MSU released an institution-wide strategic plan to address sexual assault, sexual harassment, relationship violence and stalking issues that collectively will help foster a safer campus community.

Holiday Posting Schedule for Memorial Day

Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, Support Staff position request forms that will post on June 2, 2021 are due by noon on Thursday, May 27, 2021. Applicant lists for postings that closed Tuesday, May 25, 2021 will be made available to the departments by noon on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
