City of East Lansing Income Tax Withholding Update

Effective May 30, 2020, employees now have the option to update their City of East Lansing tax withholding in EBS to a prorated percent, based on the amount of time worked in the city. Learn more about this update here.

Parking Fees Waived for Employees in June

Employee parking permits will not be payroll deducted for the month of June. Complimentary parking will be available in lots 15, 39, 54, 62, 63, 79, 83, 89, 91, 100, 109, 112, 113 and in Ramps 3 and 5. The pay by plate areas (basement level) of Ramps 1 and 6 are also complimentary. For more information, please visit the MSU Police site or click below to read a letter regarding parking permits.
