Fair Labor Standards Act FLSA Exemption Status Changes – HRP999
Business Purpose
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Exemption Status Change report (HRP999) provides details to a department about exempt and non-exempt statuses for employees within their units. The information can be used to identify employees whose FLSA status changed due to the new salary test threshold.
Access and Location
Users must be assigned the HR Unit Reporting Administrator role via e-ARM, with the appropriate organization codes indicated for access.
The HRP 999 FLSA Exemption Status Change report can be found by following the navigation path: BI>HR-Payroll Folder > University HR-Payroll Reports > HR Payroll/OMPA>HRP999. This report is updated 2 days after action date (action created/nightly program runs/ EDW updated).
