Traditional Plan

Important Notice: This plan will no longer be offered for the 2021 plan year. Beginning Jan. 1, 2021, MSU will be changing retiree health care and prescription drug coverage plan options to Humana. Learn more about these changes here.

This plan is only available when the participant and all covered family members are enrolled in Medicare (Part B). The CMM plan covers all preventive services at 100 percent. Basic services are covered at 100% of the approved amount. Selective services are covered at 80% after the required annual deductible of $200 per member ($400 per family). The annual out-of-pocket maximum, which consists of applicable deductible and coinsurance, is $1,200 per member ($1,400 per family) per year.
