Critical Dates
Friday, June 20, 2008: Due date for department to send student's name and PID to the Registrar's Office in order to ensure GA's are active for health coverage and have received identification cards as of August 15, 2008. Information received after this date will result in a lag time for activation of health coverage and identification card distribution.
Friday, July 11, 2008: Due date for Fall 2008 Assistantship forms to be in Academic Human Resources in order to be processed on time for Payroll.
Date to be Determined: Due date for Spring 2009 Assistantship forms to be in Academic Human Resources in order to be processed on time for Payroll.
Date to be Determined: Due date for department to send student's name and PID to the Registrar's Office in time for the tuition waiver to be reflected on the student's bill for Summer 2009.
Date to be Determined: Due date for Summer 2009 Assistantship forms to be in Academic Human Resources in order to be processed on time for Payroll.
