Long-Term Disability

LTD benefits normally begin the first day following 180 days of continuous disability or after all sick leave, vacation, and personal accruals have been utilized, whichever is later.  The program provides a disabled employee with a monthly income that includes Social Security, Workers' Compensation and other stipulated offset payments.  The plan provides an annual cost-of-living adjustment and a minimum benefit of $50-per-month.
